IEC60335 plug torque test device
In line with IEC60335-1, GB4706.1 22.3 test requirements. Compliance is determined by inserting the pin of the appliance under test into a socket without a ground contact in normal use. There is a horizontal pivot 8mm after the socket insertion surface and in the plane where these contact sleeves are located. This distance is determined by A displacement sensor A with an accuracy of at least 0.1mm. The insertion surface is kept in the vertical plane, and the torque here is tested. The test range is 0-1Nm and the accuracy is at least 0.01Nm. (The torque to hold the socket itself in the vertical plane is not included in the test value) A 50N tension can be applied to each pin in the longitudinal direction of the pin for 1min. The displacement of pins can be measured by displacement sensor A. A torque of 0.4Nm can be applied to each pin in each direction and the test time can be set to display the actual applied torque value with an accuracy of at least 0.01Nm
